• BRAZILIAN EDITION “MOGIANA Specialty Beans": We take pride in selecting only the finest organic coffee beans that meet the premium Fine Cup grade (FC), NY Grading Standards (the quality is standard to the Green Coffee Association of NY). We sample-test the best produce from dedicated small to medium farms. This premium quality edition features Mogiana Arabica beans of the Bourbon variety, processed using the Natural Dry method, grown at elevations ranging from 900 to 1200 MASL.

Then, the beans enter the grinding chamber featuring TUNGSTEN CARBIDE burrs, which are stronger than Titanium. These exceptionally hard and heat-resistant burrs ensure an ultra-fine powder grind without overheating, hence preserving the delicate aromas and flavors of the coffee.
